ABOUT ME
Life doesn’t take you where you want to go, it takes you where you’re supposed to go. I am a firm believer in this statement.

In 2012 I started my pet sitting career and to this day I say…it is the best job I’ve ever had. Providing love and care to animals is what I am supposed to do in my life. My family had 3 dogs throughout my life starting at 4 years of age – Ginger, Rusty and Gus. My husband introduced me to cat ownership and we currently have 4 – Crazy, Sam, Ninja and Willow. They are our children and I’m positive Sam says “Mom!!!!”

As mentioned previously, my love of animals started when I was 4 years old. In 2000 I worked part-time at a dog boarding facility until I was offered a full-time receptionist position at a local veterinary hospital. I held that position for 7 years.
My company name, Auntie Kim’s Dog Walking and Pet Sitting, stems from being an Aunt since I was 10 years old. Also, two clients referred to me as their pets Auntie Kim, so the name just makes sense.
